Assist Life stage Transition

This category includes both short- and long-term assistance designed to improve an individual’s ability to independently access and manage their personal support. The main objective is to help individuals maintain their independence at home and engage actively in their community.

Accommodation/Tenancy

We offer a variety of accommodation services specifically designed for NDIS participants, such as NDIS Short-Term Accommodation, Medium-Term Accommodation, NDIS Shared Living, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Specialist Disability Accommodation. We are dedicated to upholding ambitious standards in managing this accommodation, ensuring the safety and privacy of all participants are handled with professionalism. 

Assist Personal Activities

This aid assists individuals with disabilities or special needs in managing their daily activities, including personal hygiene, household cleaning, meal preparation, and mobility support. Assist Travel Transport

Depending on the level of support needed, a support worker may accompany the individual to help during the journey. 

Community Nursing Care

Community nursing care services are designed to address your clinical and personal needs, helping you maintain an independent and healthy lifestyle. At Sanity Care, our qualified nurses provide these services either in your home or at our Community Clinic, available on a regular or as-needed basis. A registered nurse will assess your clinical requirements and work with you to determine the type and frequency of nursing and personal care services you need.

Daily Task/Shared Living

This support provides short- and long-term help with daily tasks in shared living settings, like units or host family arrangements. The focus is on developing skills to help individuals live as independently and autonomously as possible. Innovative Community Participation 

Innovative Community Participation

This support helps individuals join community programs that enhance inclusivity and employability. It focuses on building resilience, well-being, and personal growth, tailored to each person’s needs, to strengthen their connection to the community.

Development Life Skills

This support focuses on training individuals in daily living and life skills to promote independent living and community engagement. It includes personal hygiene, shopping, cooking, household chores, public transport use, and problem-solving skills.

Assist in house hold Tasks

This support assists with daily household tasks, including those involved in Supported Independent Living (SIL). It covers activities such as home maintenance, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, and yard work, helping individuals who may struggle to perform these tasks independently.

Participate Community

This support encourages individuals to actively participate in community life, emphasising social and recreational activities. It plays a vital role in overall health and well-being. Assistance may include support workers helping with various activities such as shopping, attending sports events, going on holidays, visiting the cinema, or exploring the zoo.
